After a long evening of coding, users can now finalize projects in R.I.V.E.R. This means actual hours can be assigned to each volunteer along with final details about the project. A switch is flipped in the project's record in the database making it inaccessible to normal functions at that time.
In order to view a project in the future, one needs to use the future set of "Archived Projects" functions. By saving projects like this, it will be easiest to gain data on hours completed both by volunteer and by project into the future. This is the number one need right now as the system needs to be operational shortly so we can get certificates out to the volunteers from last week's camp.
